As the holiday season approaches, there's one unique way to escape the hustle and bustle of the endless race to cook, shop, gift-wrap and prepare. Take a nice, quiet sauna and add to it time alone with the man that you love.

Is It Just Me?

Am I the only one who's noticed that the majority of the time, whenever we pose naked and flex our muscles, that almost all of us not only show-off our muscles but our erect penises as well. Now, I'm not unhappy about this. I'm just curious as to why this seems to be the norm. 

Are we all that conflicted about our masculinity?

Taking a hike in the early Autumn is a great means of staying fit through the exercise as well as exploring the wonders of the early days of this season. Actually, Autumn, in my humble opinion, is the best time of year to shed your clothes and get nude in order to be one with nature. 

Make sure that you have on a comfortable pair of walking shoes or hiking boots. A word of advice: this is not a good time to "break-in" or get familiar with a new pair of shoes or boots. Wear ones that you've had for a couple of seasons. Your feet are accustomed to them, just as you are.

I personally don't shave or otherwise alter or remove any of my body hair. For those who do, it's best not to do so in the days leading up to the hike. The sun is still strong this early into the season and you don't want to expose sensitive skin to the sunrays.

Good-Bye Summer, 2017!

Even as it seems that summer has just arrived, it's now time to bid this time of year farewell. For this year, the last full day of summer is Thursday, September 21. This time nest week, we'll be officially in the Autumn.

Labor Day Weekend

 

This is the Labor Day holiday weekend, the last three-day weekend of the Summer of 2017. For those of us who enjoy the beaches and pools, the next chance to have a three-day holiday weekend will be Memorial Day, 2018. This summer is almost over, guys!

As men, we're well aware of the spontaneous (unplanned) nature of our erections. They happen without warning and when we least expect it. Our very public arousals also tend to occur when it is least convenient for us and at the moment that it causes us the most embarrassment. The men in the picture above are handling the situation in the correct way. Carry on as if nothing is out of the ordinary, focus on the here and now and be confident in the fact that it will probably last for only a few minutes and then disappear on it's own - naturally. 

If others around you react and behave in a childish manner such as teasing you or trying to humiliate you, ignore them or else do as I do. I always respond to such childish foolishness by telling them, in a very stern manner: "Watch out! You know you're next, right?" That usually serves to put them in their place. Plus, it let's them know that I am totally through with their immature behavior.

August Days

When a dude at the beach spots you watching him skinny-dipping, he gives you "the look." I don't know about you, but sometimes I wonder exactly what does that look mean? Does it mean, "WTF you looking at, bitch?" Or does it mean, " Yeah, keep on watching. I just might show you my junk (genitalia)."  

I have to admit I can't always tell what "the look" means. And whether the dude is a friend or a homophobe. 

On the other hand, when a dude notices me looking at him and returns my gaze with his own intense eyes, I have no problem reading that message. It's the look that says, "Hey man, you're already naked. You want to join me in a swim to a deserted and very private part of the beach?"

To that question, my standard answer is always: "Hell, yes!"

Nakation Showers

It's important not to allow those occasional rain showers spoil your mood nor your entire nakation (a naked vacation)! Especially since you've planned and saved all year for that delightful week on a lush tropical island. Embrace the rain! Chances are the shower will not out-last you! 

Dance in the rain and be wild and above all, happy in your nudity! Make it a celebration and not a disappointment!

Outdoor Pictures

A photography tip for everyone who takes pictures outside, no matter what the season of the year. Always make sure that the sun is behind the photographer. The sun-rays cast a glare on the camera lens (no difference if it is a traditional camera or the one on your phone or other mobile device). Don't face the lens into the direction of the sun. 

The above picture of these two on the beach was almost ruined due to the position of the sun and the direction the photographer was facing. Don't put your pictures at risk! And don't ruin those summer memories!

Body Painting

For the past couple of years, I've really become a fan of body painting - where you take various colors of body paint and decorate your nudity. It's a simple process, all that it takes is a creative mind, body and nude confidence, some non-permanent commercial body paint and brushes. Oh, and nude male bodies! The more the merrier! 

I get with my friends and we plan the evening to focus on our naked camaraderie, a few mixed drinks and painting one another in some outrageous and colorful patterns and designs. Some prefer to paint their own bodies and others (myself included) like to have a buddy paint us. When having someone else paint you, particularly in the genital area, can and often does lead to some very interesting situations! Just make sure that your partner's sense of humor and playfulness matches your own!

It isn't a very expensive undertaking. If you've some friends who are curious and interested, you can divide the cost of the paint supplies among you all, equally. More often than not, you'll have enough paint left over for another round of body painting later on. If body paint isn't readily available for you, regular finger paints (on the market for kids) works just fine.

This isn't a criticism, per se. I like to think of it as an observation. There are often times, when visiting a clothing-optional beach with friends, that at least one of the group asks for a "group pose." There's nothing wrong with this. Usually, I'm the one making the suggestion. 

I like having pictures of my friends and myself naked. That's how most of us are, anyway, and it's better than having photographs of all of us textile (wearing clothes). The reality is, for myself at least, that all of the friends I want pictures of are nudists. I honestly don't have very many textile friends. I have plenty of textile acquaintances, but very few friends.

So when my dudes and I are naked together, like at a pool or on the beach, and we ask a stranger to take a group picture, most people readily agree. They're more than happy to help out because most have been in the same predicament themselves. 

Many times, like in the image above, the person doing the photography is wearing a swimsuit. Totally appropriate for a pool and/or a beach. No problem.

Then after they snap the picture, they turn around and strip off their swimsuit. Less than a minute after taking our group photo, they strip down and are just as naked as we are. 

What's with this?

When bored at home on a winter's day, some like to experiment in front of their camera or video recording devices in different poses in order to see how they appear to others. This is natural and is good for enhancing self-esteem and improving their public image. 

Others take advantage of the same strategy to test or practice their naked image. There's nothing wrong or odd about this, especially if the guy is curious about exploring nudity. Once again, it is perfectly natural to be wondering if they really "measure-up" while they're naked. After all, many of us don't have the time to check out our own nudity unless it's in front of a mirror. 

I encourage all of us to try this every time we have a chance. After all, when we're out and showing off our nakedness with others, we need to be confident of the image that we're projecting for others to admire.

There are some gay men who have the looks to always get exactly what they want, whenever they want it. It seems nature just blessed them with that natural charm along with their irresistible handsome features that, literally, will charm your clothes right off of your body.

I know this because when I first came out of the closet as a gay man, during my senior year in high school, I met such a man. And I dated him. And he "bedded" me (in other words, we were sexually active together). He was hella-hot in the looks department, had an award-winning smile, was built with a body "to-die" for any had a deep voice that would calm a hurricane. 

He was the man who took my virginity (penetrated my ass with his penis). For that, I am eternally grateful as he was the gentle, patient and very understanding. He opened my eyes and my desires into the many splendid joys of man-on-man sex. I know that I will remember him forever. 

He was also the first man that I ever knew who died of complications due to HIV infection. He knew that he had AIDS and taught me the life-saving importance of sex always with a condom. He made me promise him that I would always make sure that I had a condom available whenever I was intimate with another man. To this day, I have kept my promise to him. 

This man also introduced me into the wonderful and dynamic world of gay social nudity. He took me to nudist gatherings where I was amazed at the sheer number and beauty of all the men, out, proud and naked! We frequently visited a nearby nude beach together and he showed me the "gay section" of the beach and introduced me to all of his friends. For initiating me into the life of gay, male nudism, I am eternally appreciative. 

Today is his farewell-to-earth day. He died at noon on this exact day, 2005. I miss him still. I hope he knows that I'll never forget him.

Nakation Time!

The Calm Before the Summer Crowds

This is my favorite time for hitting the beach, lake, river or any aquatic destination. It is likely to be the only time to visit these locations before the maddening rush and influx of the Summer hordes descend upon them.

Personally, I enjoy the peaceful times along any shore. I have the time to think and to reflect on the issues in my mind. It allows me to focus on myself for a change, away from the familiar surroundings of my home environment.

Those of you who have a chance, I encourage all to take full advantage of this time of year and travel to a waterside site. In just a few weeks, it more than likely will become a packed madhouse of frustrated and confused tourists and any hope of solitude will become a thing of the past.

Youth and Springtime!

I remember the days when I was just a teenager and completely inexperienced in the ways of the world of sex. I knew, even then, that I was physically attracted to men. I just didn't have much experience aside from masturbation and participating in a few circle jerk-off sessions with my peers. 

I hadn't yet tasted my first dick and probably didn't even realize that anal sex was possible between two guys. I never had an older brother or mature gay friends who could school me in the intricacies and the joys of same gender sexual realities. Yes, I was very much ignorant of sexual practices and opportunities. I never knew my father and lacked the guidance of any older males, gay or straight. 

By this time in my life, I was already a committed nudist. I knew that I enjoyed the feeling of exploring life without the hassles of clothing or any other garment or accessory that other people used to cover or conceal their natural body. I also knew that I liked be in the company of other naked guys my own age or older who felt the same way as I did. 

In particular, I really liked being nude outdoors, especially in those early, warm days of Spring. The feeling of the comfortable breeze enveloping my body and its' nudity was liberating in a way that made me feel alive. Unlike some of my friends, I never felt any awkwardness or shame as my body began to develop into manhood. I was proud of every new follicle of hair that grew in my armpits, my pubic region and around my ass. 

I was also proud to show it (as well as as all of my nudity) off to others whenever to occasion presented itself! At this point, perhaps I was on the threshold of being an exhibitionist!

During my teen years, I was fortunate to have two close buddies, about my own age, who lived nearby and who liked to be naked almost as much as I did. I remember that on those early Spring days, before the warming trend became the norm, we would ride or bicycles to a close nature preserve, strip off all of our clothes, including our shoes, and walk, run and often skip through the trees and foliage. Happy to be young, carefree, outside and completely clothes-free. 

These excursions frequently ended in impromptu wrestling matches as we delighted in the feeling of our naked bodies in close contact with other naked bodies. Most of the time, these wrestling matches ended in us mutually masturbating each other. 

It was during our second Spring season that we discovered oral sex. That was the first time I ever tasted another man's semen. I've been adDICKted ever since!
